Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ from Concord Presbyterian Church.

We are a friendly congregation with a long history of distinguished service to our Lord Jesus Christ.  We celebrated our bicentennial in 1998, and even as we give thanks for God’s faithfulness to us through the past 208 years, we focus our hearts on our Lord’s guidance and provision in His service in the years to come.  If you have never visited Concord, you need to come and look us up.  Many people do not even know we exist, and that’s a shame, because our little village is one of the most romantic settings you will encounter in East Tennessee.

Concord is as delightful a place for a quiet walk or an afternoon drive as you will find anywhere.  Come and hear the church bells ringing in our steeple.  Admire our stately homes, quiet streets and view of the lake, especially from the front steps of our sanctuary.  Enjoy the safety of our village for bicycling or roller blading.  Plan for a leisurely stroll and a picnic by the water.  Stop by my office and say “hello”.  You will find me in the white house behind the church on Second Drive.  Do yourself a favor and discover the village of Old Concord!

Please join us in worshipping the Giver of all good gifts.  We are a Christ centered congregation who seeks to be obedient in service to our Lord Jesus through faithful application of the Scriptures.  I hope that you will experience my preaching as a fervent effort to be true to God’s Word and relevant to the challenges that you face every day.  Worship begins at 11:00 AM.  We love children and have a great nursery and a Children’s Church for Pre-schoolers!  Come early and we’ll have a cup of coffee and some goodies.

We look forward to worshipping with you.  May the Lord bless you and keep you!
